• Vessel particulars (name, IMO, flag)
• Port of call in Indonesia
• Name of your local shipping agent

Once received, we issue the LOI promptly. A nominal administrative fee applies.

Entry Visa Application (B211A – Crew Visa)

We handle the whole application process for the Indonesian B211A Crew Visa—the only compliant visa for seafarers joining vessels in Indonesia. Please provide:

• Number of crew members
• Planned joining date
• Full names and passport copies
• Seaman’s Book details
• Vessel particulars and port of call

Upon receipt, we’ll send a Proforma Document Authorisation (PDA) for your approval. Once confirmed, we apply for Indonesian Immigration and manage the process until the visa is approved.

Airport Assistance (Meet & Greet + Local Transport)
